Need to delete your account? If you visit the My Account dashboard, you can click the "Delete my Account" button located underneath your personal profile information to start the process of deleting your POINTS REWARDS PLUS account. Deleting your POINTS REWARDS PLUS account will have no effect on your Kroger digital account, however, you will no longer be able to receive Rewards Points or claim Rewards!

If your receipt shows you have earned Gaming Rewards Points but you do not see them in your POINTS REWARDS PLUS account, your Plus Card number tied to your in-store or online purchases might not be the same as the Plus Card number tied to your POINTS REWARDS PLUS account. Please follow the below steps to add the Plus Card number you use for shopping to your POINTS REWARDS PLUS account:

  1. Go to your My Account dashboard by clicking "My Account" > "My Dashboard" in the POINTS REWARDS PLUS menu.
  2. Scroll to see your Profile Information. Here you will find the Plus Card number tied to your POINTS REWARDS PLUS account. Please check if this number matches up with the last 4 digits shown on your receipt.
  3. If the numbers do not match up, click the “Edit Account” button at the bottom of the My Profile section.
  4. Log into your Kroger account with the same information used for POINTS REWARDS PLUS and you should see the Kroger “Profile Information” page.
  5. Scroll to the section labeled “Plus Card Number.”
  6. Update the boxes with either your physical Loyalty ID number that you use at checkout, or your phone number tied to the account and enter your last name. Make sure these match the last 4 digits shown on your receipt.
  7. Click "Save Plus Card Number."
  8. Log back into your POINTS REWARDS PLUS account and the Rewards Points should show up.

Although some Rewards are constant during the POINTS REWARDS PLUS program, many have limited availability and will be extremely popular and in demand! The Points that you have claimed to your account are valid until February 3, 2024. Your Fuel Points show up in your digital wallet as a clipped coupon via your Kroger Family of Stores digital account. The Fuel Points have not been added to your Fuel Points balance at this point. You will receive your Fuel Points on your next shopping trip at a local Kroger Family of Stores using your Shopper’s Card. Be sure to act fast, as the Fuel Points coupon will expire at the end of the same calendar month it was redeemed in.

After you complete your next shopping trip, the Fuel Points will be visible in your Fuel Points balance. Fuel Points can be redeemed at Kroger Family of Stores Fuel Centers and participating gas station locations. You can visit your Kroger Family of Stores website to find a list of participating gas stations.

Your Membership will show up in your digital wallet as a clipped coupon via your Kroger Family of Stores digital account. Once this step has been completed, you will need to go through the membership enrollment process online. During this step, the membership discount will apply to the cost of the membership at checkout.

What is POINTS REWARDS PLUS?

POINTS REWARDS PLUS is a video gaming themed customer-engagement program that offers great Rewards when you buy your favorite groceries and other products only at Kroger Co. stores. Rewards include grocery savings, fuel points, gift cards, games, downloadable content, and more! The POINTS REWARDS PLUS program runs through January 7, 2025 with new Rewards constantly added and participating products changing frequently. There is a short break from July 10 - August 20, 2024; see listing of Qualifying Periods below or in the Terms & Conditions.

Who can participate?

POINTS REWARDS PLUS is open only to individuals who are legal residents and physically located in one (1) of the fifty (50) United States or the District Columbia, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of participation and have a valid form of government-issued identification from their U.S. state of residence and have a valid Plus Card.

POINTS REWARDS PLUS is for personal use only and only one account per individual. POINTS REWARDS PLUS is for non-commercial use only. POINTS REWARDS PLUS Rewards Points and/or Rewards are non-transferable, non-assignable and have no cash value.

Is there a cost to join the Rewards program?

No. All you need is to have a valid Plus Card to participate. If a customer does not have a Plus Card account, click here to create one: www.kroger.com/account/create.

How do I get Rewards? What are Rewards Points?

It’s easy. When you buy participating partners’ products during the Qualifying Periods at your favorite Kroger Co. store or online at Kroger.com using your Plus Card, your purchases accumulate automatically. Once you reach a $30 level of purchasing participating products with the Plus Card during a Qualifying Period, you’ll receive 1,000 Rewards Points automatically loaded to digital account.

How do I earn POINTS REWARDS PLUS Rewards Points?

Once you spend $30 on participating products at your local Kroger Co. store and/or Kroger online using your Plus Card during each Qualifying Period, you will automatically earn 1,000 Rewards Points. Rewards Points will be automatically loaded to digital account.

To earn your Rewards Points, a customer needs to set up their individual POINTS REWARDS PLUS Members’ account on the POINTS REWARDS PLUS website (www.pointsrewardsplus.com).

I spent $30 and have confirmation on my receipt that I earned Rewards Points, but they have not shown up in my POINTS REWARDS PLUS account. How do I fix this?

What is the timing of the POINTS REWARDS PLUS Program? When can I earn Rewards Points, get Rewards, etc.?

POINTS REWARDS PLUS runs through February 6, 2025, with the year broken out in separate Qualifying Periods (“QP”) that customers can purchase Qualifying Partners' Products and earn potential Rewards Points:

  • QP #1: Beginning at 12:00:00 AM ET on March 6, 2024 and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on July 9, 2024.
  • EARNING BREAK: Beginning at 12:00:00 AM ET on July 10, 2024 and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on August 20, 2024.
  • QP #2: Beginning at 12:00:00 AM ET on August 21, 2024 and ending at 11:59:59 PM ET on January 7, 2025.

To earn Rewards Points, the qualifying $30 purchase of participating products must be made in a Qualifying Period as defined above. There is no carry-over of purchases to the following Qualifying Period.

How do I redeem my POINTS REWARDS PLUS Rewards Points?

You can visit www.pointsrewardsplus.com/rewards to see a list of all current Rewards. The number of Rewards Points needed to secure a specific Reward varies. Also, the assortment of Rewards will keep on changing, so make sure you visit the Rewards site often!

If your POINTS REWARDS PLUS balance allows, you can select a Reward that you have enough Rewards Points for and redeem it. Click the Reward you want and select “Redeem.” Follow the instructions to claim your Reward! The required Rewards Points for the Reward you selected will be deducted immediately from your account balance.

Can I turn back in my Reward and reclaim Rewards Points?

No, all Rewards Points redemptions for items are final. Rewards Points will not be refunded or placed back in a Member’s quantity of redeemable Rewards Points for any reason after redemption of Rewards Points.

What products qualify for the Buy $30, Get Rewards?

The participating products change frequently, and some may not be always available in all stores. For the most up to date list of participating products go to www.pointsrewardsplus.com/products.

What if I spend $60 or even $90 on participating products in one trip to Kroger using my Plus card… do I get more than 1,000 Rewards Points?

Yes! Every time you reach the $30 level of participating partners’ products during the promotional period you get 1,000 Rewards Points which could mean you earn more than 1,000 Rewards Points in one trip!

I was saving Rewards Points up for a specific Reward, but I don’t see it anymore. Where did it go?

Although some Rewards are constant during the POINTS REWARDS PLUS Program, many have limited availability and will be extremely popular and in demand! If there is a Reward you really want, we encourage you to collect the needed Rewards Points as quickly as possible. Don’t worry, we’ll be rotating and replacing Rewards throughout the year! Is there a limit to how many POINTS REWARDS PLUS Rewards I can redeem?

Yes, two (2) per week. Members can redeem a maximum of two (2) Rewards per week regardless of how many Rewards Points required to get the Reward.

How can I track my POINTS REWARDS PLUS progress and account balance?

First, on the bottom of your receipt, there will be a dollar amount that lets you know how much you’ve spent during that Qualifying Period on participating products. This way, you’ll know how close you are to spending the required $30 this Period and receiving Rewards Points!

Second, at any time Members can go to their My Account and see their account balance.

How do I get my FREE product coupon?

It's easy! Once you click on the FREE product you want and follow all the required steps, including having the necessary number of Rewards Points for the Free product you selected, the FREE product coupon will be immediately clipped to your digital account. Your clipped coupon is available through your digital account in the “Coupons Clipped” section for use at participating Kroger Co. stores. Clipped coupon expiration dates vary. Please check the clipped coupon information in your digital account to see when your coupon expires.

Which Kroger Co. banner stores are participating in POINTS REWARDS PLUS?

Kroger, Baker’s, City Market, Copps, Dillons, Foods Co., Fred Meyer, Fry’s Food and Drug, Gerbes, JayC, King Soopers, Metro Market, Owen’s, Pay-Less Supermarkets, Pick ‘n Save, QFC, Ralphs, Ruler Foods and Smith’s Food and Drug are all participating banner brand stores where you can shop to earn Rewards Points. Plus, you can shop online at www.kroger.com and each banners’ site!

What happened to Pin Codes?

As of 8/16/23, Rewards Points are automatically loaded to your digital account. You will no longer receive a Pin Code printout when reaching the $30 level of purchasing participating products with the Plus Card during a Qualifying Period. Once you reach the $30 threshold, you can visit the My Account dashboard to view your newly loaded Rewards Points.

How does Refer a Friend work?

You can either enter your friend’s email address in the text box and hit submit or copy the custom link and share it with them! You will earn 1,000 Bonus Rewards Points when your friend creates a new account with your personalized link. Your friend will earn 2,000 Bonus Rewards Points for creating their account. Plus, if your friend earns Rewards Points by spending $30 on participating products within the first 30 days of their account being open, both you and your friend will earn a one-time bonus of an additional 500 Rewards Points!

You can only earn 1,000 Rewards Points by referring a friend once every 30 days. There is no limit on POINTS REWARDS PLUS accounts created by the Refer a Friend program earning a one-time bonus of 2,000 Rewards Points. New POINTS REWARDS PLUS accounts will need to wait 1 hour before being able to refer others.

How do I delete my POINTS REWARDS PLUS account?

It's easy! To delete your POINTS REWARDS PLUS account, you must first be signed in: Second, click My Account in the top right corner of your screen. Then click My Dashboard. Scroll down to the My Profile section on the left side of the page. Now click the button that says “Delete My PRP Account.” To confirm deletion, type in “DELETE” in the text box and click the Submit button. Keep in mind that once you delete your account, there is no way of recovering your POINTS REWARDS PLUS account information. You will lose access to items including redeemed Rewards and earned Rewards Points.

Are there other ways to earn Rewards Points?

Yes! You can now earn Rewards Points by referring a friend at www.pointsrewardsplus.com/refer. You can earn 1,000 Bonus Rewards Points and your friend can earn 2,000 Bonus Rewards Points. If your friend earns Rewards Points by spending $30 on participating products within the first 30 days of their account being open, both you and your friend will earn a one-time bonus of an additional 500 Rewards Points! You can earn by referring a friend once every 30 days.
